Table of Contents
Before you read this toolkit, don’t forget where it all begins.
If you haven’t seen it yet, you can also read our Welcome to Ka-Trabaho Komunity: Start Here article.
First: Piliin ang Trabaho na Gusto Mo
Note: kung nakapili ka na nang trabaho na gusto mo, you can proceed to the Second Thing You Need to Get Hired!
Well, this is common sense na lang—pero totoo ‘to:
Here’s a quick kwento from an anonymous company:
Job Seeker: Sir, pwede pong mag-apply?
Employer: What position you want to apply for?
Job Seeker: Ano pong available, sir?
Employer: (Automatic NO) ❌
So, Paano Mo Malalaman Kung Anong Trabaho ang Para Sayo?
Hindi mo kailangan ng final answer agad. Pero you can start with self assessment.
“Ano bang gusto kong matutunan o gawin araw-araw?”

- Hanapin ang mga keywords like “experience required,” “basic knowledge in…,” or “open to fresh grads”
